KFM has contributed to the development of over ten Chili's restaurants, seven of which are currently operating. Two are under construction, and five are in the design phase. Among the operational restaurants, you can find locations in Texas such as Lake Travis, Plano, Anna, San Juan, Athens, Tyler, and Fort Worth. The ongoing construction sites are situated in San Antonio and Leander.
