Jim Knight is a recognized leader for his management of diverse teams working on complicated, large-scale, public- and private-sector projects. He has more than 45 years of experience in land development, master planning, public infrastructure planning and design, and has worked with local, state, and federal jurisdictions and environmental review agencies. His expertise includes master planned communities, mixed-use, office, industrial, multifamily and retail developments, public infrastructure, and institutional master plans.

Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit and vast knowledge of the real estate development and finance process have made him a highly sought-after industry expert. He is committed to serving his community and contributes to many boards and commissions. Jim has an MBA from Southwest Texas State University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and an Associate of Arts degree from Temple Junior College

His expertise includes residential master-planned communities, commercial, institutional, multifamily and single-family developments, highways, roads, bridges, and utility projects. Charlie is a respected leader who has served as principal, project manager, design engineer, primary client contact, and project liaison with governmental agencies. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Josh is a valued resource in project management, permitting and comprehensive construction coordination. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
