Walker Business Park is an 80,000 square foot office building on approximately 10 acres. The building is a flex office/warehouse with truck docks and a service area. The site also includes solar panel carports.

The project required a flood study, a storm water management plan that provided for detention, an extension of public water and sewer mains, and site design for grading and pavement.
